Sole Proprietorship or Partnership: Michigan law provides that service on a sole proprietorship or a partnership may be made by serving (a) the owner or any partner, or (b) the person in charge at the time of service followed by mailing a copy of the pleadings to the business.

Sunday Service: Michigan law permits service on Sunday. When forwarding pleadings for service, please indicate whether service on Sunday is permissible.
Individual Defendant: When forwarding pleadings, please indicate whether your jurisdiction allows for substituted service. If permitted, briefly state the rule allowing for such service.
The chance of successful service will increase dramatically if you are able to furnish relevant information about the defendant, such as:

2. Social Security Number

6. Make, model and color of motor vehicle
